We didn't setup our next hangout this past weekend. Mays are y'all choosing this one? What Saturday works best for everyone?

The fourth Saturday in June is completely free for us. The other three have things on them that are both tentative and flexible. So if one of those work better than the fourth Saturday, I am sure we can make that work too.

Good morning all. Candice and I are busy each weekend in June but maybe we can meet for July 2nd for the July 4th weekend?

Ummm nope to the heat and sun :-). 

Banks don't mind hosting at our place. Any preference for time? I don't think we are wanting to see fireworks, are we?

We'd rather devote time to conversation than fireworks (not to mention the unappealing stress in trying to rangel 4 toddlers/infants in preparation of going out and behaving while watching fireworks).

Since we haven't discussed food yet, I suggest we do a potluck during a mealtime, but since our children start getting ready for bed at 7:15pm, lets get together over lunch at Noon.

I like the potluck idea but can we have a BBQ theme. And the time, noon is early. But are you saying you want the girls at home in the bed at 7:15 or just sleep.

Potluck sounds great. Banks don't have a full size BBQ (just a camping size) so we are limited to meat options if we are the ones to provide the meat. It does good with hotdogs and burgers we'd just have to cook in batches. If we want to stick with a BBQ theme the Banks could do hotdogs and burgers and Mays and Cookstons could bring sides and dessert. Or we could go another route too, we're open.

Also, Banks are good with a noon start time or sometime relatively close to then.

Taking votes for dessert. I'd like to make one of the following cakes:

- Lemon Velvet
- Strawberry Cream Cheese
- Salted Caramel Oreo

I also plan to make some homemade ice cream, flavor dependent on which cake we choose.
