At my charter school, a "major misbehavior" = a "demerit", and the reason for demerits are recorded in a database.  One of the teachers went through and pulled out the most amusing demerits of the year, thought you all might enjoy.

Subject: Top Demerits

Here, according to the committee of one, are this year’s top demerits.  Because the attached document could not fully document the remarkable creativity (and in some cases remarkable banality) of our students’ tomfoolery, I recommend the following additional steps:

-Read Eric Chavez’s demerits.  All of them.

-Do the same for Tim Cruz.

-Count the number of demerits Tanya Luna received for eye makeup (consider the number she didn’t receive but should have for the same). Figure out if she earned more eye makeup demerits than your entire advisory combined.

-Count the number of times the phrase “not prepared” or “unprepared” appears in Anthony Quintana’s demerit report.

Every student at my school would get written up for: "Repeatedly externalizing their internal monologue"

I also liked: "Pretending to be a velociraptor during the SAT10"

I kid you not: I just caught two 8th grade girls looking at photos of squirrels in lewd sexual positions on the internet. I feel awful because they'd been on a computer in my room for about an hour as I packed up (students don't have to be here this week but some come anyway) and I had no idea what they were doing!!

In re-reading that, I realize that "lewd sexual positions" is probably redundant, so I should clarify that the squirrels had been manipulated into human sexual positions (things I assume squirrels do not actually do...?). I'm actually horrified.
