Hi Classmates,

I'm starting an education venture focused on scaling great teaching. I would love your help recruiting a great initial crop of teachers to develop content this summer. Please pass the recruitment post below to any great teachers you know.

Thanks, Eric Westendorf

Scale your impact!  Become part of a “dream team” of teachers featured on the Learning Match.

This summer, the Learning Match will select a handful of ultra-talented teachers across the country to participate in an endeavor that will benefit thousands of teachers and students.  These teachers will develop the first group of video micro-lessons for math in grades 3-9.  We’re looking for teachers who want to have a broader impact and who have the talent and enthusiasm to craft dynamite micro-lessons.

Each contributing teacher commits to producing 25 video lessons (each video lesson is 3-5 minutes long and addresses a substandard of the new Common Core standards)

Each contributing teacher receives an honorarium of $1000, a netbook/tablet and associated software necessary for creating the video lessons, and is profiled on this site.

All video lessons will be featured on Learning Match’s website and linked to professional development platforms in multiple states. All video lessons will be freely available to all teachers and students across the country.

For a copy of the application please go tohttp://www.thelearningmatch.com/join-the-dream-team.html
