Stop update Tfan-dphrm, new app instead

I would stop update Tfan-dphrmin svn, after a while, I would delete
tfan-dphrm stub.
This does not mean Tfan works will stop. I will start a new open source
applicaton, still using tapestry, merge bbs and other applications.
