The November LEC Team workshop is rapidly approaching! This month's event is REALLY exciting because we're giving you a lot of bang for your buck: 2 workshops; 1 day....

Reading for Young Learners: Assessment & Growth Development

The Details:

• Saturday November 6th @ the NEW TFA office (22 Fourth Street 7th Floor San Francisco, CA 94103 - near Old Navy)
• The DRA Workshop begins at 12:30 PM and the Guided Reading Workshop begins immediately afterwards at 2:00 PM
• Food & refreshments will be provided beginning at 12:00 PM so come early and hungry!

*Note: Corps members who are familiar with administering the DRA do not have to attend the DRA session unless they would like a nice refresher and/or offer support to fellow corps members. :)

This double-whammy workshop day is intended to help ALL LEC corps members. There will be some collaboration time for your specific grade/age team to break out and apply what was presented immediately to your context and time for 2nd years to push their literacy knowledge even further.
