What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tjcc facts_rules
2. tjsim facts_rules
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to get the ?- prompt.
Instead I get an error from tjsim saying:
./facts_rules.lp: No such file or directory
loading failed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Teyjus version 2.0-b2 on Windows 64 bit under Cygwin

Please provide any additional information below.
Even when I have files compiled with the old tjcc that produce a .lp file,
and I have the .lp file, I still get the same kind of complaint about a
missing .lp file from tjsim.
