Background color change

Is it possible to change the background color of particular text
depending on the results of a regex test/find & replace?

The only current available option is to remove any background color of
text (via a built in cleaner). There is currently no option to change
the background color of text.

I have logged this in the feature request database.

The cleaner is called "Remove Background Color from Text".
