Remove paragraph spacing information, preserving fonts

How can I remove paragraph spacing information and keep fonts, with
italics and bolds, intact? If I apply REMOVE STYLE FROM TEXT, it does
take away the spacing but loses all font information. What I want is
to eliminate the style information that causes a space (like, 18
points) to be inserted at the end of each paragraph.

Unfortunately, the level of granularity that you're after is not there
yet. I've had a number of requests for this type of change and it is
something I'm looking at.
