Experimental UI Feedback

Hi everyone,

If you are on the beta update feed, you'll note a new development build that includes some experimental UI set for the next major upgrade. Namely, I am testing ideas around using a global window/panel instead of embedding it into each window. 

You can close the embedded panel on the editing window by clicking on the current selected icon.

There are some focus-related issues related to this prototype. Right now I'm looking for big-picture feedback (ie moving the functionality to a separate window).

I am curious to get your feedback, especially if you regularly use TextSoap.
