Having a real problem here, use TextSoap for everything, but this is the second time now and it's fried.

Will not open at all just hangs and I have to force quit.

Running version 9.2.3 on Mac Mini M1, MacOS Ventura.

I just rebuilt a stack of custom cleaners last month after it did this before.

Can anyone help please

There was definitely a problem that could show up with TextSoap 9.2.2. And in trying to initially determine what that problem was, there were some 9.2.3 betas that did not address the issue.
My first suggestion would be to delete TextSoap app. Make sure there are no stray versions out there (which can sometimes happen if you have made external backups, etc).
Re-download the app at https://textsoap.com/downloads/
And re-install. See if that does not address the problem.

If it does not, look to see if any Crash Logs were generated for TextSoap. You can find them by opening up /Applications/Utilities/Console.app and clicking on the Crash Logs entry. Search for TextSoap.

Right now, I am not aware of any outstanding crashing issues. So if one is out there, I would like to try and track it down.

Having the same problem.

For me, it started after upgrading to Sequoia 15.3. so I blamed this pesky OS from Apple, which brought a lot of other problems also (eating up app memory f ex), and yesterday downgraded to Sonoma. (which was a hassle, too.)

TextSoap9 is crashing as before and at app-restart it crashes immediately.

When at home, I'll look at Mark's advice and we'll see how it goes.

Uninstalled app with Clean My Mac
Re-download the app,
Restored textsoap9.textsoap9data from TimeMachine backup

Restarted TS9: it's working! (Hope…)
