Not urgent: TS displays empty window, no text

It's *not urgent* because so far it only happened with 1 file.

Can you send me the file so I can try to reproduce this locally?

If I can duplicate the issue locally, it will make it easier to track down the problem.

This described state of the file has now disappeared.

Later I could open it the normal way everything fine.

However (and maybe this is a related case,) the file XYZ.RTF was open in TextSoap and I didn't know about it. 

Then I opened the same XYZ.RTF file in TextEdit without knowing it was already open in TextSoap, and so far so good, 

but when I did some edition on the XYZ file with TextEdit, TextSoap crashed and after reopening it, it crashed right away and I kind of can understand it.
