I have noticed, on two separate installations of TextSoap, that trying to close an open, cleaned file without saving throws a crash.  I get the challenge to "Save" "Revert Changes" "Cancel" dialog and, if I select "Revert Changes" I get a crash

Presumably these crash reports get sent to you? The title is "Problem Report for TextSoap"

Anyway, the only way out is to save the changed file -- not always a great thing.

Love the app, and it's a central part of my workflow for my classes, so I hope it's not a difficult thing to track!

Hi Frank,

Oops. It seems don't have the "Ask to keep changes when document closes" option turned on, which caused me to miss this bug.
Crash Reports currently are not sent to me (those go to Apple). I am looking at changes to return those bug reports to me.
But the good news is that bug was relatively easy to reproduce, and subsequently fix.

You can grab the fix now by grabbing the beta build : 9.5.2d2 or later

To do that:

Launch TextSoap
Holding down the option key
Select TextSoap > Check for Beta Updates… (the option key temporarily toggles Beta/Standard releases)

Note: This works for the Direct Edition.
