Sync Libraries Between Two Macs

I use TextSoap on two Macs, and I need help figuring out the best way to sync my custom libraries between Macs.

Currently, I'm using a third-party app called ChronoSync Express (https://www.econtechnologies.com/chronosync-express/overview.html) to do a scheduled bi-directional sync between ~/Library/Application Support/TextSoap and a folder in DropBox on each Mac.

QUESTION: Is there a way I can configure TextSoap to sync libraries between Macs without the need for a third-party app or AppleScript?

How is this project advancing ? 🤞 

What is the best workaround we can have / make until then?

Where are those raw lists saved on our mac ?   

Could we simply have them stored in a shared folder of iCloud ?

I got so in love with this app, and spread the love around. Now 2 partners of my firm are using it. 

I wish we could share our search/replace lists, as we use it for the same purpose. 

This way we could be more than 1 at the time upgrading it...

We do have a workaround, but it's painful to be semi-automatic. (requires to have a share doc (tsv) where we copy paste it to our cleaner's list (when we edit using option + click)).
