How do I create my own customized list of all the actions I use regularly, rather than seeing the long Standard list?

There are 3 on the Standards list that I use, and I just created my first New Cleaner, so I'd like to see these 4 items together rather than have to go back and forth between Custom and Standard.

I have essentially the same question. I'd like to make one command from the Remove Extraneous list available in the Standard list.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

It appears that I need to work on a better interface and terminology for this feature.
Collections of Cleaners are called "Cleaner Groups" and you can create them in the MyLibary window.

You can also choose Window > MyLibrary… from the menu

You can either click on the Start and click Create New Group or in the lower left, click the + button and select New Group

Give your new Group a name. You can either start with an empty Group, or use one of the existing Groups as your Template.

This will add the same cleaners to your group, allowing you to customize by adding or removing any cleaners from your group.

1. Access your group in the future (to further customize it) by selecting it from the list in MyLibrary
2. You can click the down arrow to rename your group.
3. You can select, then move or delete items within the list.
4. You can select a color of the item in the list.
5. Search for any cleaner you wish to add. Drag or Double-click to insert the cleaner into your list.
5a. At the bottom, there are also two options: Add New Label, Add New Divider

Finally, in Preferences > General, select the group to make it default. This specifies which group is initially displayed when a new text editing window is created.
For the clipboard workspace, this happens when you launch the app.

Hope that helps.
