Submission checklist

Dear all,

There is a checklist from EasyChair to prepare your submission -- the deadline is approaching!

COPYRIGHT FORM:

[ ] I printed the form and signed it by hand. I am aware that if the copyright has not been printed and signed by hand, the paper might not be published. I am aware that copyright signed with a tablet or using a pdf editor IS NOT VALID.

[ ] I have used the prefilled copyright form available at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aD85RZM2zrkl3hA0SyCeJOsiGHlv2qPR

[ ] I have correctly indicated the title of the paper in the field "my/our contribution", exactly as in the paper and on easychair.

[ ] I have indicated the exact list of authors as in the paper and on easychair. I have verified that:

        [ ] The authors are the same on the paper, easychair and copyright form

        [ ] The spelling of the names (i.e., accents, second names, second names' initials, double surnames) are the same

        [ ] The names are exactly in the same order

[ ] I have reported my complete contact data on the designated area of the form.

[ ] I have indicated the location and date on the copyright form, close to the signature.


EASYCHAIR:

[ ] I have verified that, on easychair, the title of the paper is the same as in the manuscript and on the copyright form.

[ ] I have verified that, on easychair, the list of authors is the same as on the paper and on the copyright form, and the names of the authors (including second names, initials, double surnames etc) are exactly the same.

[ ] I have properly submitted the paper accessing easychair as "proceedings author (CEUR-WS Proceedings)" and I have not just updated the previous submission on the track of the Lab I participated in.

[ ] I have submitted three files:

        [ ] The pdf of the paper

        [ ]the source code (Latex) or the docx file (Word)

        [ ]the printed and hand-signed copyright form.


PAPER:

[ ] I have verified that the title of the paper is exactly the same as the one indicated on easychair and on the copyright form

[ ] I have verified that the list of authors is the same as the one on easychair and on the copyright form.

[ ] I have used the capitalized style for the title (e.g., The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over the Lazy Dog)

[ ] The conference name reported in the paper is exactly "CLEF 2024: Conference and Labs of the Evaluation Forum, September 09–12, 2024, Grenoble, France".

[ ] I have put tables captions above tables and figures captions below figures

Is the template, provided in the PAPER section of this letter the same, as the template, that was provided to us in the letter from  May 13, 2024, 2:52:09 PM? They provided the following link: https://pan.webis.de/pan-paper-template.zip

Hey,

the overall formatting of the paper is the same. However, there are major updates in the footnote on the first page -- copyright logo, details about the authors, etc. Please, update this important point in your paper.

Nope, formatting is also different — size of the font, indentations and margins are also different. Bear that in mind!
