CYOA epub export leads to segfault

Having problems exporting a CYOA to epub. The conversion finishes with
this error message:

Hello,

it's strange you got this error. Was the html file ok? It seems to be
an error with Calibre, and there is nothing complicated in this
document to lead to such an error.

I've exported it to epub with no problem for my part.

On which operating system was it? Did you try to ré-install / update
Calibre?

You can also try to convert to epub using the standard html export:
ebook-convert cyoa-kn.html cyoa-kn.epub

Alternatively, you can also use Sigil, to load the html file generated
from textallion and export it to epub: https://code.google.com/p/sigil/
