Please let us know if a recent update has fixed issues you have previously seen.

Let us know what the problem was and which version fixed it.

Not the right place to post I know but just a quick question:

If I want to add a Smartplug GFA-0001, do I need another board adding to the control panel or is the communicator built in? (Premier Elite 24 V4).

Hi John

If your panel already has Ricochet devices on it and has spare space, then the plugs can also be learnt on.

If the panel is not wireless and does not have a Ricochet receiver built in (or connected to it) it will need one adding.
