Samsung galaxy s8 unable to connect

Hi my smartcom seems to work fine on my ipad which i generated a code from to add to my android device managed to download the data but everytime i login i get an error message unable to connect to smart com . All notifications seem to come through no problems and seems to work fine on an older android phone is thos potentially just a samsung s8 problem .

The issue with the 8+ was identified this morning and an update will be available later today.

If you want to get it working in the meantime, please remove the + from your devices name, the one normally used for Bluetooth.
