Great Idea!

Hi
My name is Pam Pruitt. I was appointed to the Treasurer's position for
2009 for the POA. My Husband JB, is on the Board of Directors. We own
tract #31 and live here full time.
This is a fantastic idea!!

FYI: Next board meeting is scheduled for Saturday April 18,2009 at
the Circle Bar 8 Restuarant in Ozona at 11 am. Buffet lunch provided
by the POA.

This is a great way to keep in touch and up to date with events going
on around the ranch. My husband was in Vietnam and his group keeps in
touch on a Yahoo group. It's great as long as politics don't enter
into the conversations or postings.

I hope other property owners will join this group as well. It's a
great way to get to know each other and to resolve issues when you
can't make it to the ranch very often.

Pam,

Wow, I am glad you found this group. I set this up only a few days
ago and was working on trying to get the word out about it.
I am hoping to include information about the group in the next POA
mailer.

Hellos,

My name is Dean Korfanty and I, along with Jimmy Balch II own tract
#100. We live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. When we do manage to
escape from our respective families we visit about two or three times
a year. I'm planning on coming down the last weekend of February to
get away from the city for a while.

I manage a large Internet Service Provider in the Dallas Fort Worth
area and was wondering about creating a web-page for TWRPOA. Costs
would only be for domain registration ($10 a year @ godaddy.com) since
I can easily create and host a webpage at no cost along with unlimited
email addresses. Just a thought and not intended to be a sales ploy
of any kind!

Hopefully we can gather some more members on here for lively chats and
idea!
