Folksinger/Rhythm Guitar needed to replace member of existing trio

The Riverwalk Ramblers is a Folk trio needing to replace it's rhythm
guitarist.
His replacement should be:
1. Able to play Basic Rhythm Guitar.
2. Able to sing without a microphone.
3. Male or Female.
4. Available 3-4 times per month, including rehearsals/practices,
which can be afternoons, evenings, or weekends, as your schedule
permits.
5. Have some familiarity with Folk Music of the Sixties & Seventies,
in general.
6. Be serious about making good music. Look at this as Part Time
Professional, not Amateur.
Vocal harmony is important. The replacement should be able to sing
harmony, and lead singing is desirable too, but not required.
Our bread & butter is material done by the likes of Peter, Paul, &
Mary, The Kingston Trio, The Weavers, Bob Dylan, etc. but it spreads
out into just about anything that could be called Acoustic Americana,
and even a touch of English Folk and Irish Folk.
Instrumentation is:
[Banjo/Acoustic Lead Guitar], [Upright Bass], and [Acoustic Rhythm
Guitar].
