Project Princess: Amina Imam (Spring ‘24) & Juliana Trevino (Fall 24) Thrift Pop Up When: Tomorrow, 10AM-2PM Pickleball Tournament When: Sunday, 3/8 , 2-5PM Boutique Day Information: Personal Shopper: pair with a participant to select 2-3 dresses to try on, help select a matching pair of shoes/accessories, ask questions about prime theme, hobbies, make it personable/memorable Dressing Room Helper: manage dressing room lines, keep track of open/unavailable room,s return extra dresses to main room racks Hair/Makeup station: assist in suggesting/teaching a variety of hairstyles and makeup techniques per participant requests, practice sanitary/safety precautions, do not cross contaminate products Steamer: steam participant’s dresses while they attend hair/makeup stations, prep dress for transport Alterations: for volunteers with sewing, tailoring, or alterations experience, more commonly hemming dresses, taking them in, fixing tears Photos/videos: for volunteers with high quality/professional cameras, offer pictures to participants with their selected dress, candid captures of the event |
