What: GALENTINES!! painting frames, treats, hanging out!!! When: sunday 2/15 2pm-4pm Where: Torre Rooftop Cost: Free (Please let me know by 2/13 midnight if you RSVP and can't make it anymore. Otherwise, you will be charged $3 to your dues for a no-show. this is how i will be able to keep events free!!!)

I wanted to share one of our fellow Lonestars, Aashna’s, org opportunity. Aashna serves as the president of the Mental Health Initiative for South Asians (MHISA), which is a non profit created to raise awareness about mental health in South Asian communities. MHISA is creating a resource guide with the Asian Family Support Services of Austin (AFSSA) to provide students resources for domestic violence and sexual assault. They are hosting a panel on February 11th from 6-8 p.m. For attending you can receive 3 service hours! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to either me or Aashna (214) 727-1173.
