South Texas: Volunteer Opportunities

Houston VEX is recruiting volunteers for our 2013-2014 VEX Robotics Competition season. These events support students from over 50 high schools and middle schools from around the Greater Houston area in their pursuit of hands on STEM experiences. This year's game is called Toss Up. 

All our events are entirely staffed by volunteers and we need your help to make them a success. Volunteers help judge the teams, queue the robots, tabulate the scores, reset the fields, and much more. No experience is necessary and we will happily train you at any of our events. You can volunteer at one or many of our events this season. Please invite friends and family, volunteers as young as 10 can help with the event. The events are free and open to the public if you would just like to watch the teams compete.

Nov 23rd - Clear Creek VEX (south Houston) 

Dec 14th - Houston ISD VEX 2 (Kashmere HS)

Jan 25^th – Battle at the Beach (Galveston)

Fed 22nd - Texas South VEX Championship

Early May - HoustonISD VEX Championship
