Deadline Extended! Proposals now due March 8, 2025.
The DOERS Collaborative seeks authors for a book-length project centered around how scholars, practitioners and administrators enact research about open education. To that end, we are interested in case studies written by faculty, staff, and administrators detailing their experiences designing and implementing open education research projects. By collecting case studies from those who have experience, DOERS3 seeks to provide as many examples from as many types of institutions as possible so that those looking for ways to align their research methodologies and language with others in the field can find solutions that speak to their particular questions. The goal of this project is to amplify existing research and provide opportunity for the development of shared language and methodologies for enacting research in open education.
DOERS seeks abstracts of no more than 250 words for potential case studies by 03/08/2025. Case study authors will be compensated for their work and all accepted submissions will be peer reviewed. For more details and a link for abstract submission, see the full Call for Proposals.
