PROPOSED DATE FOR AUSTIN MEETING: Tue Nov 1 @ 6 p.m.

I spoke with several of y’all this weekend and it seems folks are ready to press forward. If there are any other dates folks want to propose, please feel free. The intent is to have one good solid meeting before we get caught up in the holi-daze. This date came up several times in several conversations so I figured I’d throw it out there to keep things rolling. If folks want, we can meet at my place…contact me directly for address info.

Since distance is an issue for a lot of folks, as an alternative to meeting in person we will broadcast the meeting so that any folks that want to participate CAN via:
CONFERENCE CALL
- For folks who would prefer to call-in.
SKYPE
- This is a free video chat that allows multiple people in one call.
GOOGLE DOCS
- This is an online document that allows multiple people to create documents live. Thought this would be helpful since we’re needing to brainstorm and create a list of any and all tasks. It will allow folks to add to the list as we create it and it also allows folks to ask questions and give feedback.)

With the Dallas organizing coming together quickly, it would be good to have them participate with us.

Sounds good.  Can you send out the proposed dates again?  Sorry, I didn't see them in the other email.  I can get on as a conference call.

Hola mujer!  The dates are open but this one kept coming up so I threw it out there.  Folks are already meeting regionally and this one is a meeting for Austin.  We'll be streaming it and working live so that folks from other regions can join in if they want.  The notes and everything will be posted also so that folks can work off it if they wish.
