Added Artefactual Presentation Link to A-Tex Resources document

Hi all,
Thank you so much for attending the A-Tex meeting at TCDL this year! Like I promised, I've added Sara Allain's presentation link to the A-Tex resources document, which can be found here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/19cVb9e2HN-TtSt6tEYXhODim4W3QguuNcBxN30BkFtk/edit#slide=id.p .
We look forward to seeing everyone update the group on progress/investigations, as well as seeing discussions emerge from topics covered at the meeting. The Steering Committee will be meeting later next month to debrief and address concerns brought up at yesterday's event; please look out for updates!
