variables repeated in knowledge nodes

Not sure the pattern of when this happens, but in the latest version of Tetrad, variables imported into knowledge nodes will be randomly repeated.  So you have two of the exact same variables.

Happens in both the tiers tab and the edges tab.  Closing and opening the node doesn't help.

There are other weirdnesses with knowledge nodes as well.  If you add an edge and then delete it, it doesn't seem to be persisted after closing and re-opening the node.

Not sure if this is related.
