errors after loading data in 5.1.0-6

Hi, I was wondering whether anyone had the following errors:

after loading and saving data, I am executing a search and getting an error that states "comparison method violates its general contract". After that I am still able to get the connectivity graph.

When I try to execute the next search though I am getting a message that says "Stopped with error: column index (-1).
