Update of demo.tethysplatform to 1.3

I have finally updated the demo server to tethys 1.3. As expected there were some apps that didn't work. I have some (very brief) notes on what went wrong on installation that did not right so feel free to ask me about that. 

Apps installed:

ADHydro Viewer

Canned GSSHA

 

Not installed:

Dam Break

GSSHA Index

NETCDF to GSSHA

Parley's Creek

SSW  Downloader

TMAPS

erfp-tool (Working on installing SPT)

Observed Data

Are any of these apps worth fixing? The only one I know that definitely needs to be fixed is the dam break app. Is there a more up to date version of that somewhere?

Great news! For the Dam Break app, you should put Alan's version on there (which shouldn't require much if any fixing because it runs on Dev):

$ cd tethysdev
$ git clone https://github.com/erdc-cm/tethysapp-dam_break.git
$ cd tethysapp-dam_break
$ git checkout advanced
$ t
(tethys)$ python setup.py develop
(tethys)$ tethys syncstores dam_break

This is the version of the app that we point at in our tutorial now. The other one I'd like to see back up (though maybe not fully working) is the Parley's Creek Management app, because it is referenced in the Tethys journal article. I'm working on the bugs with that one.
