Using Anaconda/Miniconda with Tethys

Hello All,

In case you want to use Anaconda/Miniconda with Tethys Platform on dev (1.4), here are instructions:

I vote we integrate it in the official documentation :).

Steps towards:

1) Making Tethys development work on any platform
2) Make install dependencies easier & platform independent
3) Easier to install helpful scientific packages for Python (gdal, numpy, scipy, netCDF4, pyproj, ...)

I'm definitely interested in this. I want to try it out before I cast a vote about adopting it into the official documentation.
