I am proposing adding a tethys command that returns the currently installed version of Tethys Platform. I am not aware of whether or not this already exists. If it does, could someone please tell me how to use it? I have been getting some questions sent directly to me lately where the person doesn't know which version of Tethys has been installed. It would be nice to be able to say something like type in this command "(tethys) $ tethys version" or something to that effect.
