Better Captcha Mechanism

I just watched a group of students presenting at the summer institute capstone event fail 3 or 4 times to login, because of the current captcha. Pretty embarrassing. We need to change this!

I definitely think we should add re-captcha as an option, and also have the option of not having anything (for development).
