tutorial:
1 run channelinfo_to_srvid_provid-converter v1.0
2 in the text box to write your provider. (sk * UK)
3 click "sucken"
4 cccam.channelinfo you seek the "open", will start the conversion.
5 click in "allenruberpacken"
6 I created a folder called "config" in the directory where the application channelinfo_to_srvid within config you will see a temporary file called CCcamchannelinfo_tmp
7 take any oscam.srvid, oscam.provid you have, and put it in config
8 click in "Schreiben" will open a dialogue we say yes, and I created the oscam.provd and oscam.srvid
Thanks Master G I have downloaded and installed Oscam via IPK file. It is showing in the cams. I have also used a cccam to oscam converter. But where do I find the oscam config using DCC. CC config is in etc but cannot see oscam. I am using Open Black Hole. Many thanks
masterG sorry to be thick. Have found files in tuxbox and transferred the server file that I created with the converter, but not working so must have done it wrong. Not sure what to do with the file that you provided. Very grateful for your help
Hi all,
many thanks for all your advice. Unfortunately I can still not get it working. Here's what I have done. Downloaded this oscam ipk 11226 and installed via DCC ftp. Is this the right cam I wonder? It is now showing in the cams and I have found it in etc/tuxbox/config. I have used a cccam converter which has given me an Oscam Server file. I have opened up the config in Tuxbox which then gives me a list of files including config/server /user. I have transferred the file into the server as that seems to be the only one that will accept it. I have the feeling that this is where I am wrong, but not sure exactly how. As a slight aside I am finding the DCC programme keeps freezing up etc. Is there a better way of doing it?? Again thanks for your patience and help with this. I'm sure that the solution is simple
