Links to INTSUM documents not working

All,

I apologize for letting the links to the INTSUMS go bad.

It turns out that our free hosting site has ceased to exist.

I have found a new free site we can use for hosting our files and I'm
trying to get it working now.

The unfinished/under construction site is at: http://tetproject.99K.org
but at this point I only have four files uploaded and the web pages
don't look very polished

I've run into a problem uploading more files using FTP.

I'll let everyone know when I've got the rest of the files uploaded.
