My .minecraft folder has been missing the skins folder, this has been around for a couple weeks. I tried countless things to try to fix it like; deleting malware, disabling antiviruses, reinstalling the launcher and deleting all .minecraft folder data.
Currently my skin is still stuck as Alex. I have no idea what might have caused this issue. I'm pretty sure that it is unusual for something to be missing and being impossible to redownload in the.minecraft folder.

These take me on average, about an hour and a half each. Depending on the complexity of the character it can take a bit longer though. All the skins pictured below took me about 6-7 hours in total. There's a bunch of characters I would have liked to made, but the awkwardness of their body shape didn't exactly fit well to the format, or they proved to be a little over my head. I've planned on making a few more and posting them here if they're well received. hehe.
