Dynamic websites and Test Automation query\help

Hi

Needed some help. I have also attached a screenshot to provide more clarity.

I am trying to automate the eCommerce site and trying to carry out a scenario where I login and try to purchase a product under the Latest blog section. Now it is failing as I logout and back in the page has updated dynamically and the same product is no longer there. Is this something we can automate or not?  Any help appreciated.
