Integration with HP Quality Center

Hi,

I'm just wondering if Watir can be integrated with HP Quality Center? Currently HP Quality Center is used to manage test cases, test results, requirements and defects.

HP Quality center can integrate with QTP. 

I'm just wondering if TestWise has the ability to integrate with HP QC to do the same as QTP?
