"File has not been saved. Do you wish to save?" - not working correctly

I have the Community version of TW.

If I close a tab using the "X", I get the subject message.

"Yes" and "No" work correctly.

"Cancel" works the same way as "No" - the file is closed without saving. 

I think the correct behaviour is to cancel the attempt to close the file.
