How to get license or make testube work on a new phone

The TestTube app is no longer in Google Play Store.
I found an apk file, installed but it complains about license. When I click on Buy button it takes me to a "Not Found" page.
The site http://sites.google.com/site/overvoltagesoft/ does not have any contact information.
I want to buy this app, I hope the creator of this app, maybe Ryan Carlson or who ever is or was "Over Voltage Software" will read this and provide a solution.
If you no longer want to support this project then please provide something, ANYTHING: an apk file that we can install and use without license from google play, or maybe the source code so someone else can continue this project.
