Update release 2.1.16

Update release 2.1.16 has been published. You can download the update
release 2.1.16 at "Help / CheckUpdates" menu on TestOptimal Browser.

To apply the updates, just unzip the download archive, copy all files
to TestOptimal directories and restart TestOptimal server.

Below are some of the enhancements:
1. new mScript method $rand() to generate a random number 0-1 or a
specified range.
2. new mScript method $nextDataSetRow(datasetID, random#) to randomly
selecting a row from the data set.
3. Sequence traversal graph from SequenceLog tab now shows the failed
transition traversal in red. This makes is much easier to spot the
failed transitions.

CheckUpdates" for more details of the changes included in this
release.
