Testoob alive and with new infrastructures

Hi,

Testoob is alive again. :)

There are enough recent changes to make another release, so expect one
before too long.

What's really changed is the infrastructure.
* The mailing list is on Google Groups
* The site on OpenSVN is deprecated
* The code is managed with Bazaar on Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/
testoob)
* To start working: bzr branch lp:testoob
* The code is also mirrored to Google Code's svn (http://
testoob.googlecode.com/svn/trunk)
* I'm trying to import the Trac tickets someplace (I prefer Google
Code) but I'm having some trouble.
