Hello,

I tried to compile testnh from source code : http://biopp.univ-montp2.fr/repos/sources/, but this doesn't work probably because of a compatibility problem between bio++ version (I'm using the last one).

Then, I tried the pre-compiled x64 version (http://biopp.univ-montp2.fr/repos/exe/lin64/), but it doesn't work either (for an unknown reason it gives me the following error : bash: testnh: No such file or directory).
It could be a x32 vs x64 version problem. Is the pre-compiled linux 64 version is in fact x32 version?

Best regards,
Benoit

Hi Benoit,

TestNH has not yet been updated to the newest version of Bio++. I mean, the packages are not updated, but the source actually is: if you compile from the git repository it will work.
As for the executable, it looks more like a system issue: if you type 'which mapnh' for instance, does it show the path where you think your executable is? Alternatively, what is the command you use for running the program?

Cheers,

Julien.
