Hi,
in the output of mapnh, the trees with associated counts are written
in numbered files. Is there a way to know the number each counted
category is associated with?

Hi Laurent,
That comes from the SubstitutionRegister class, but it is true that we
should output this information in some way (maybe directly in the
terminal output of mapnh, as it produces already quite some files...)
