Hello everyone,
I'd like to know the order in which are performed and printed the counts of nucleotide substitutions when using the map.type=All option in mapNH.

Thanks in advance !

Hi Fidel,

I have updated the output of mapnh to provide info on the mapping details. Now it looks like this:

  * Count type 1.......................: A->C
  * Count type 2.......................: A->G
  * Count type 3.......................: A->U
  * Count type 4.......................: C->A
  * Count type 5.......................: C->G
  * Count type 6.......................: C->U
  * Count type 7.......................: G->A
  * Count type 8.......................: G->C
  * Count type 9.......................: G->U
  * Count type 10......................: U->A
  * Count type 11......................: U->C
  * Count type 12......................: U->G

This should hopefully answer your question and help other users :)

Cheers and sorry again for the delay,

Julien.
