Testng-results.xml, "ignored" count

Hi Team

Please suggest how is the "ignored" count in testng-results.xml obtained in

Version 7.3.0.

Please do suggest what is the need of ignored count ?

There's no special computation for ignored methods. This represents the methods that were excluded by TestNG (perhaps when you use the exclude groups attribute in your suite file ?
