I often have the problem that Eclipse complaints that my projects
aren't in sync with the filesystem as the Eclipse testNG plugin did
change some files in a projects and didn't refreshed the project.

What is going on here and how can I solve this?

I already configured the testNG folder outside my eclipse projects (in
preferences), but there is still this annoying temp-testng-
customsuite.xml file that keeps coming up, such that when I do a
search of a resource (CTR+H) eclipse complaints about that the files
aren't in sync.

How can I solve this?

Ed
(Using the latest stables builds of both testNG and the plugin).

Hi Ed,

I'll change this so this temporary file gets created in /tmp (I was considering adding a preference so you can configure this yourself but I'm not convinced it's really useful).

BTW: I now have put the testNG output directory outside the eclipse projects...
But what about the people that don't do this, they will have this testNG directory created in their project. This is fine, but shouldn't this folder be automatically marked as derived or an automatic project refrersh should  occur ?  ... ... (I am not an Eclipse plugin expert so don't know exactly how this should/can work)...
