Just go to Help->Software and Workspace.Center (or something like that), select the Software tab type TestNG in the search box, double click to select, then apply changes.

When I go to that url from my browser it doesnt work.

Is there a problem with the url or the proxy is causing the issue ?

It might be a proxy issue, yes. Try to install TestNG from the Eclipse market place?

I am getting the following error, when i try to install TestNG plug-in,

"An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
