Website isn't available from several countries

Hello Folks,

Looks like we have some issues (high likely DNS) with accessing website from several regions, e.g. we're not able to open https://testng.org/ from Belarus, yet it's available from the United States, Germany, Ukraine etc.

curl: (7) Failed to connect to testng.org port 443: Operation timed out

Don't we have any ETA for returning website back on track for all regions?
