Update on TestNG and PowerMock

Johan and I have been working together on TestNG support for PowerMock.

In June, I committed r735 attempting to fix TESTNG-326 for PowerMock
support; that appeared to work, but it turns out that I didn't fix the bug
completely. I just committed r756 that hopefully fixes the issue
completely.

Johan also found TESTNG-343, which I fixed in r755.

r735 shipped with TestNG 5.10, but without r755 and r756, PowerMock and
TestNG just won't work well together. Hopefully we'll be able to release
a new version of TestNG soon that will be more compatible with PowerMock.
