Testlink 1.9.4 installation

Hi,

I am trying to install Testlink 1.9.4 on a windows 7 machine running apache and php 5.2 and sql server 2005 as the DB.

During the installation i do not get any errors neither any warnings. It was able to connect to the database and populate the respective tables in the DB. Now when i try to login for the first time, i get a blank screen.

I tried to see for look issues in apache logs and testlink logs but didn't find anything. Upon debugging the index.php code, i found that it does not go beyond:

"redirect(TL_BASE_HREF ."login.php?note=expired");"

Can anyone please help me in resolving this issue?
